Speak to us of experiencing the truth...

Your truth comes to you in many ways. Another may speak it. It may come from deep within to resonate with the very cells of your body. It may arrive through your radio, or shout out at you from a passing bill-board. It may come to you through dreams or the profound messages of a child reciting a "made-up" verse. Whatever way the truth resonates with you, you will recognize it as it approaches.

When the truth is before you, you vibrate with a peacefulness of purpose; when an untruth is presented, you will vibrate with an unease that also vibrates through your cells and bones. Hope many times have you had ‘goose-bumps’ prickle across your skin when you, or someone you hear speaking, says something in answer to a question? These are our way of helping you to realize a truth of great magnitude has been shown and known in your midst. Truth helps your breathing to be deeper than usual. Truth helps your health to be in alignment with all the cells of your being.

Untruth creates disharmony in your life. It is one of the major factors in creating un-health. A non-truth creates such disharmony and resistance inside your soul, and thus your cells, that there is no way but for you to notice something is not in balance. Even as we say this we know there are still many who are unclear as to how a small untruth can create larger discord cellularly. But this is so. All dis-ease comes from some form of resistance to truth within you. And as each non-truth is created, it builds upon the non-truth before it to emerge as a larger and larger entity of dis-ease.

Each day you have the opportunity to ask yourself whether you are in complete accord with every thought and emotion you are experiencing. You will know if you are in truth…or not.
