As the universes are transforming their configuration, so too, you are transforming how your body implements Light and Energy from both your planet and interplanetary mechanics.

Not all humans are experiencing the DNA changes that are happening among you now. These changes are taking place in those souls that already have a marked DNA difference from all others. There is an age differential that is definitely ascribed to this phenomenon.

The Indigos, Crystal Children, and the Ruby Children among you have all agreed to take previous soul agreement; you have already been feeling how difficult the earth plane is for your body. You may have already manifested "rare" or "unusual" diseases that your medical people had not seen previously. For some of these conditions, medicine has already created a name and produced medicines to alleviate the discomforts in your bodies. Know that the changes you have acquired were at a faster rate than was predicted when you chose this incarnation. As you know, the medication will not alter the changes that have already taken place, they will only help with some of the pain the changes caused.

For some of you that are younger, if only by ten years, the altering changes are not as drastic as your forerunners, and so the physical changes have not been as uncomfortable as previously experienced. You have even welcomed the changes that you feel... wondering if there will be more. You have not struggled with the aches and pains, but found alternative reasons for initiating even more changes when you could. You have traveled to sacred sites, inviting new and more profound energies to enter into your body so that you could have even greater changes taking place.

The newer children who are still in the care of their parents, the souls they have chosen to assist these parent souls and mankind in these upcoming changes, may be initiating changes within their very families so that they can understand what is taking place. Do not be concerned about any of these changes. The initiations that are taking place in your bodies are wonderful and profound and need not have resistance. It is the resistance that creates the aches and pains.

When you begin to notice bodily changes, ask what you can change in your life to assist the condition or situation. Eat only fresh fruits and vegetables that have been grown with natural nutritional soil. Drink only pure water. Eliminate white foods that are over processed. Rest you lungs by adding more oxygen to your cells. Eliminate animal flesh, heavy foods, cheese, stimulants, alcohol and drugs... all substances that are not giving you life force to assist you in these changes and living well into the future. Rest... your body, your mind, and your emotions and develop your soul, as you have never done before. Change your habits or you will be caught in the loop of physical world resistance that could be eased into with greater grace if you choose. Find like-minded associates that understand these changes and support you as you initiate the changes of greater possibilities.

What you are really doing is making the way for those that will be joining you on the next lap of Earth's journey. The slight shifts of Universal DNA into transformational human DNA are amazing and the alterations of human DNA into Universal DNA are phenomenal. For those of you who have traversed the earth for a longer time, do not feel you may be missing out, remember that you have been here paving the way - holding the mental stamina of all those who are joining you now on this bridge of change.
