One of you stated, "we can do this together, or we can do this alone." From our perspective, you are all in these planetary changes together. None of you may omit yourself from the changes to come, not the changes that you are seeing. We truly see what is occurring on your planet, and embrace these changes. We ask that you do not be repelled by them either. Understand that the old adage of "as above, so below" applies to these happenings that you are witnessing right now. There is no separation; there is no escaping what is. Even turning off your televisions, as we have advised in the past, will not eliminate or excuse you from acting as sacred witness to what is being played out. And playing out, on a grand scale is truly what you are witnessing.

How can you help? By holding the energy of sacred witness on its highest levels… so do not become disheartened, do not become discouraged, do not hide from the changes. Discouragement and hiding will only add to the energy of those that do not have your enlightened consciousness at their fingertips. You are the witness and the teacher for all those that are afraid of what is happening and what they fear will come. Teach now what you have been learning for the years of your enlightened studies.

What you fear you manifest... what you love, you manifest. So, it is up to each of you to stay in constant daily love, light, and fearlessness. Embrace yourself, embrace one another, and embrace your planet and her changes that you interpret as being violent. Violence is called such because its intent is to harm and yet remain harmless. Earth is not of that mind-set. Gaia is undergoing a great rebirthing of herself. She is in labor, and as in any labor, it will be seen as arduous, messy, painful and may cause some of those in the vicinity to be repelled by the actions that are occurring. As in labor, a midwife is needed to encourage, to embrace, to hold gently the lady who is in contractions. Gaia is that lady at this time. Can you be the midwife?

As Gaia continues to create upheaval, change, disruption, devastation and giant shifts, you must learn and practice the art of midwifery. Do not be concerned with getting your hands dirty or staying up late though the night to oversee the labor. One of the important things for you will be to remember how to take care of yourself. Do not allow anything to interfere with your health and your emotional and mental well-being. Even while you remember to bless those that are left homeless, those that are left without food and care practice renewed self-care. Wrap all those you witness in your remembered Divine Light, as you would also warp yourself, and know that they are being wrapped in even greater Light than which you can provide... not as a failure on your part but on the magnificent presence of the God-Head, Angels and Ascended Light Beings overseeing this shift.

Do not brace yourself for more earthquakes, volcanoes, and weather changes... instead, keep your feet under you loosely placed so that you may also shift with the changes as Gaia shifts with hers.
