And life changes, this we already know. But how many of you pay attention to what change means?

Life does not remain the same because you wish it nor because you try to will it. Life changes because that is the nature of life.

Because you are a part of life you also are part of the nature of change itself. Change is about you all the time. And change is not only more pronounced in your personal lives at this moment but also within the world. Where in the past we have said that changes occur not only year-to-year, or day-to-day but in fact moment-by-moment and mini-second by mini-second. The changes that you are living in your world have taken on global proportions and you are now living in conscious collective change. This is change on a scope that you have never seen before and it will take every particle of your individual consciousness to maintain a peaceful and moderate focus as it is unfolding. These are remarkable times for you as individuals but also as small groups building into larger communities. You can not ward off change any more than you can ward off the cellular changes in your blood cells as they evolve. And evolution from the trance is what these latest changes are about.

How you evolve out of the group trance will be determined by how you think. How you think will be determined by the spiritual growth you have dedicated yourself to through your current lifetime. Each of you, on whatever level you have reached at this time, has chosen to be present during the changes that you are living…political, economical, social, personal.

Remember the subtle changes that have been ever present. The flowers, the plants and trees, the seasons, the growth and yes, the diminishment of the planet herself, the stars and the heavens all these have always been in constant ebb and flow. In years past, changes were at times so minute that you may not have noticed the changes in your life until after they had occurred. Your heartbeat, your breath in fact everything about you has been, and remains, constant change.

Fighting to control the current changes, to keep everything exactly the same, will only create greater stress and unrest in your life. Allow yourself to find the motion of change within you; becoming like the flowers, the water and the stars. In this way, you will become one with change and more able to make peace with the parts of your life that are changing, have changed and will continue to change. It is the way of things. It is good. It is life. Enjoy it all and let your life unfold.
