Your wars are killing the people. These silent wars of greed and monetary domination; the noisy wars of weapons and fear are killing the people.

The children are crying and bleeding in the streets. And all around them the people are crying and screaming in rage.
"What are you doing?"
"Why are you killing us?"
"Why are we killing ourselves?"

How sacred is this land to you? You think that the birds and the animals do not kill to survive. We say to you that they do. The animals kill one another to protect their young ones, to protect their hunting grounds that they might live another season. But the animals do not profess enlightenment while seeking survival.

Consider how killing, and war, is different for humans. Humankind kills for the same reasons as the animals and yet they suffer. They suffer from the fear of losing what they think they have or from the fear they will not receive what they think is theirs. How then are you of greater wisdom or intelligence than the animals you look down upon? Humans will not create enlightenment by words alone. They will only create enlightenment by deeds of kindness.

The land weeps with remorse and regret that those to whom the GodHead has given dominion have not reached the wisdom to which they were born. Seek one another to speak your heart's desires; do not seek one another to belittle or to condemn. Seek one another to enlighten; do not seek one another to imprison or cripple. Seek one another to show how kindness is a greater tool than the bombs you embrace.

What of the messages you continue to pass to your children? Are they of kindness and help? Or are they messages of domination over your fellows? Each lesson is successfully learned by each generation and each generation passes the lessons on to the next ... over and over again.

The Rainbow Children are here to help you to awaken to the illumination of all possibility and yet still the bombs are made and the hatred is passed on. These enlightened children will die of broken hearts long before the bombs reach their doors, and the bombs will reach their doors if those of you holding consciousness do not speak up of the inequities surrounding the planet.

The Angels are working for all of you, but you have been given the freedom of choice, and a powerful freedom it is. The Ascended Masters are adding their help to each Light Worker as they add the Light to each day. Each day another Light Worker is awakened to assist those coming before them. This is not a lost battle but you each must add your light and consciousness to every day the sun rises and the moon sets. It is not a battle at all. Instead it is an awakening of all you know to be true from all the teachings of each of your prophets and each of your mystics. Listen to what you know in your heart. The cause is not hopeless.

How can you find patience in these times? Follow the travels of the sun and the moments the day gives you. Are you in the moment as you read these words of now-ness? Ask yourself how long the day is when the moment has been lost. The moment is what is of the greatest importance to everything within you and without you. The moment...

Breathe.

Ask yourself how long each breath is as it enters your body. How great the prana as it enters your lungs... as it fills your cells with life force... as it fills you with sacred molecules of God and the Universe. Go deeper into the breath you take... hold it into yourself and see the mountains and the trees, the ocean and the sand. Each of these are a part of you with each breath... each sacred breath.

Breathe.

Feel the molecules of air within your nostrils, breathing in and breathing out... breathing in and breathing out. Become each of the animals within the earth, feel them move; each of the birds, feel them as they fly freely in the clean air; each of the fish as the waters move against their scales; each of the creepy crawlies as the sand and dirt tickles their bellies. All this is possible with each breath you take and each breath you let out.

Breathe.

Hold nothing into yourself that you may know only who you are. Your breath releases all pain, all hurts, all regrets, all failures. Your breath releases all disease, all stress, all anger. Your breath is powerful. Breathe into the moment and you will find the patience that you seek outside yourself. Breathe into the moment and you will find the peace that you ask others to give to you. Breathe into the moment and you will find the love you hold for yourself.

Breathe.You are peace. You are love. You are all there is. You are the answers.
