In the past, everyday events were just that, events that occurred on a day. Each day you could spend in relating the beginning of an event, the savoring of an episode in your life. It was unusual to take on more than one spectacular event in any one day. This allowed each of you to breathe in-between events or occurrences.

As some have said for the last 15 years time is speeding up. Each day brings not just one personal news worthy event, but two, or three. And each time this happens, you find yourself not only having to pay attention to what is happening but you have to find time to process what has occurred. Both the happening and the processing is happening simultaneously and leaving you little time to digest what each event means to you or to laugh, cry, grieve or celebrate this moment in your life before the next event occurs.

What does this mean? We can relate it to karma and the clearing of lifetimes. In your past, you chose a particular karmic lesson to learn from and clear. The common karmic cycle was one lifetime, one clearing. Since the last world war, humankind has chosen to clear simultaneous lifetime in order to speed the healing of the planet and to jump into a higher consciousness free of killing and hatred. What you saw, as souls, was the abhorrent and destructive behavior that great unconsciousness was capable of achieving. Because of this choice for change, you have each given yourselves the opportunity to change the direction of individual karma and planetary karma in a much shorter period of time so as not to destroy Earth and the destiny of many species and dimensions.

This undertaking was your gift to Earth and to yourselves. However, to many of you it feels like an overwhelming undertaking, and this is indeed true. There are many things you can do to lighten the burden of processing and raising consciousness. One of the foremost changes you must consider is how you are treating both your bodies and you minds. Take time out to eat well and to keep your bodies strong and free from poisons and pollutants. Take time out to meditate and to laugh, both at yourselves and at the joy abounding in your world.

Time, now changed, will not slow down. It will only stay demanding of the changes you have set in motion. It will however, rest when you rest and laugh when you laugh. Breathe deeply and connect to the changes around you and within you/they are mighty and sacred manifestations of eternity.
