As you know, you must first open your heart to be of the greatest good to those in need. So many of you have trained yourselves to guard your hearts, to protect your hearts ｭ to close your hearts off to any great experience, that you have lost the ability to see through only eyes of love and compassion. We know that we speak of these two concepts, love and compassion, with great regularity, yet this is all there truly is.

When you first trained yourself to guard your heart, you were young and needed protection from environmental elements. You are not young now. You are, however, still locked within yourself unable to reach outside a self-imposed prison. You think that you must find a key that will unlock the barriers you have erected. This is not so. Since no one outside you created the key, no one has the key to unlock the barrier. You are your own answer. You are the key holder to all the barriers and obstructions in your world. When you view the world as a part of yourself, you will see that every thought, every idea and every emotion is completely inter-related to every other thought, idea and emotion.

While viewing events from the last months, those you refer to as cataclysmic, consider which emotions you experience whenever you see or hear of these events. Do you react with sadness? Do you react with fear? Do you react with wholeness and peace as if each occurrence was no greater than each breath you take each moment? If you are reacting to any of these events through your emotions, you are adding to the situation and emotions of the actual people who are undergoing the events. If, on the other hand, you are placing love behind each breath and sending this experience to the people who need it the most, then you are being energetically and spiritually supportive while holding the reality of love and harmony as ever-present possibilities.

Each of you creates your own reality. Sometimes you borrow the illusions of others to support your own perception of what you design as real within your life. When you can hold the heart energy of wholeness, health, abundance and love, then you are truly helping those upon your planet who have lost loved ones or who are undergoing instantaneous karma.

Let us also review instantaneous karma. On occasions, a person is given the opportunity to release multiple karmic burdens by undergoing sudden or instantaneous death (as you know it). This experience of suddenly releasing from the earth plain is always previously agreed upon by the person and his or her guides. He or she agree to be present at an appointed place and time that the gift of karmic clearing may be experienced. This is also why we ask you to reconsider your perceptions of death and what seems as destruction.

Clear your own lives. Open you own hearts. Remove the illusion of blockages and trials you have placed upon yourself and love freely and with great abandon.
