By staying in love within yourself. This is the only way to truly know that all is well with your world and the universe at this time. Most of you are trying to maintain your equilibrium as the world tilts on its emotional axis. Do not forget that your personal equilibrium is always based on your current state of how you love yourself. This equilibrium is essential for your dealings in the world where you work and live. When you are not in a state of love, your energy is sensitive to outside barrages of fear and hostility. The chaotic and disruptive fields in your environment then alter your energy. You are susceptible to how others are thinking and feeling. These are old lessons most of you have previously learned, however, you have become distracted by the implied and seeming importance of all you are being told is "going on" in your world. When you become emotionally static, you also become out of balance with the truths of love, compassion and natural peace. Peace is within you and around you always. You have the power to choose to see this truth... or not. When you are looking at the outside stimuli for what the illusion of truth is, you begin to veil the eternal truth of which you are always a part. In this confusion, you begin to doubt what you already know and again take control of your surroundings. This inevitably creates feelings of fear, powerlessness and uncontrollability to all experiences and current events.

Do you believe that the Angels are doubtful for what is unfolding or the outcome? Do you truly think that you are not being protected? That your loved ones are not being protected at all times? When you become centered in calmness and peace, you know that all is right with the world and within you.

We have asked before that you turn-off the media bombardment occurring in your world. When you submit to the chaos and stress of current media coverage regarding these events, and the daily conversations it creates, you will automatically fall out of alignment with the Truth. That is what the media coverage is intended to create -- a population that is easily manipulated by what it is being told to be the truth.

Take the time each day to quietly go within and hear the truth of love and peace, compassion and balance that your heart knows. As a child of Light and Remembrance, lovingly remind your co-workers, family and friends, that there is, and will continue to remain, a constant Higher Truth. All that are willing to listen know this Higher Truth. This is the great fact of reality. Your willingness creates the avenue for the Godhead and the Angels to work through you and thus reach those that are still sleeping in confusion. Stay at peace and do not become stressed from the confusion of the present circumstances of your world. Remember your truths always

• You are eternally loved
• You are always seen as a great and pure light of the Godhead
• Your light is necessary for others to find their way in the darkness
• We will never abandon you, because we love you deeply.

All these truths are only a few you remember and but a small part of the whole.
