You can grow by changing. Changing who you are, and what you think about reality. Life is not what it appears to be. It is instead, a series of events in order of participation. You alter the events by the involvement of which you choose to participate in.

If you continue to participate in all events in the same manner you have always acted or participated, you will notice a safety of expectations, even if they are not positive. But, if you change the manner or outlook of how you participate in an event it will change the feelings and expectations you have regarding yourself, the other participants and the event itself. How can you do this? You can start by trusting the outcome to always be in your best interest. Humanity continues to believe that they have control of the illusions of their lives. This is of course not so. You only have control of the actions you take and the choices of your feelings and actions. This should seem obvious and yet how many of you practice this?

Both of these actions and choices are the two ways you can grow. Do you take the new job offered? Or do you maintain the present position? Each has an outcome and each has the possibility of change. Perhaps the new position will not be permanent. Does this mean you have chosen incorrectly? No. It may simply mean that the next position available is where you can best grow and be who you are in the most truthful manner. One that leads you to the next step upon your spiritual path. You can see how the first choice leads to the next one.

Your reality is what ever you choose to make it. If it looks like your life is stagnant, then ask what you are gaining by participating in this stagnation. If your life is holding onto fear, then ask what you gain from fear and worry. Each choice is but the perspective of reality not reality itself. What then is reality? It is the ever-changing bond you have with your soul as it relates to your connection with the God Source. Everything else is the passage of time, emotions, thoughts and perceptions. When you change your perceptions, you will change your thoughts; when you change your thoughts, you will change your emotions; and when you change your perceptions you will change your life.
