The Middle East is a mirror of the life force of the planet and her people. It is, in effect, the first chakra of the Earth. It has become an example of how you are interacting with your families and yourself.

How are you doing in your own life? How is your interaction today with your loved ones, coworkers, friends? The dear souls that have agreed to locate in this area of conflict have as souls, agreed to enact for this planet, the development within our hearts. In a way, they are like the human report card of Earthly progress. Whenever you see this conflict pray. Pray for those enacting the role of the oppressor and of the oppressed, but most importantly, pray for yourself. Pray for your healing, your release of anger, your release of revenge -no matter how small, your resentments as you hold onto them waiting for the other person to become aware of your needs. It is always so much easier to look outside yourself than to look directly at yourself.

And that is what these souls are helping each of you to do. Each time you view the news, ask how the actions reflect your inner feelings or actions. This is the microcosm and macrocosm. There is never any difference between you and your brothers and sisters.

Whenever you see the news think about the next phase of growth for your family, your community, your country. Where might you be of the greatest benefit to those in your world? Where, as a conscious being, can you look honestly and say, "Enough! Enough violence! Enough neglect! Enough hatred! Enough killings! Enough Abuse!" Your brothers and sister in the Middle East are acting as mirrors so that the world can release its ego and gain compassion for all life. There are no victors when children are dying. There are no winners of land, only losers to compassion and the understanding of life and our development as a race of beings who once traveled from the stars. We, who traveled from God's heart to create a race of totally conscious beings who could feel and co-create with God.

The choice is as it has always been... you can co-create love or you can co-create no love. Think about what you are creating today, and choose wisely, as we know you will.
