Now is a good time to realize that all things are sacred. Now is a good time to realize life. What is sacred, you ask? Life is sacred. All life is sacred. Everything that you touch and experience and are, is sacred. Everything that you smell and taste and hear... these are all sacred. The dirt beneath your feet, the stars above your head, the water as it flows through your fingers... these are all sacred.

What is sacred? It is the ability to hold to your heart, in a state of joy and reverence, something that is as dear to you as your own life. How you ask have we lost the sacred? By forgetting that we are all apart of the sacred hoop of Universal Life. How can we hold something as sacred as ourselves when we have forgotten how sacred we are? This is the dilemma. This is the challenge that reaches out to those of us in spirit. We hear the confusion and seek to help and yet when you can not hear yourself, you can not hear us. All is in separation and thus the pieces are formless. Look within yourself to seek the truth of who you are.

Realize how important you are to the materialization and healing of the whole. Become the grain of sand within the immensity of the desert and realize how the desert would not be itself without you. You are important. If you are important to the greatness of the Whole, are you not then important to yourself? One can not exist without the other. As you realize your greatness you will begin to touch upon the sacredness that you hold within yourself. As the sacred grows from within you, the air you breathe will become sacred. The water you drink will become sacred. The food you eat will be come sacred. The bird drinking nectar from the plants outside your window, all this will become sacred. You will begin to see everything in your world through sacred eyes and because of this everything you see will appear sacred.

What is sacred? YOU. You are sacred. We bless you for your sacredness and all you give to the world. Thank you.
