Kundalini Yoga, a Raj yoga or Royal Path yoga, uses 8.4 million kriyas through postures, mudras, meditations, sound, and breathing to raise the kundalini human potential in the quickest and most effective way.

Hatha is the yoga of physical wisdom. It consists of 84 major postures and works the 18 major muscle groups to calm the sympathetic nervous system while stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system. Students will find this a relaxing and invigorating means of stimulating energy in the body.
