Students will learn the form known as “The 13 Postures” from the Yang Mi Chuan style as spread by Master Wang Yen Nien. This form is an introductory teaching that contains all the basic principles of Tai Chi Chuan. Students will also be exposed to Qi Gong. Some theory will be included in class, and some Push-Hands techniques.
